Directed the full process — from client acquisition and team assembly for the competition, through the design direction that won the brief, to presenting the Schematic Design phase to the Riyadh authorities and securing their approval.

A 26,745 m² mixed-use lifestyle park combining workplaces, F&B, retail and serviced residences — Ippolito Fleitz Group's first large-scale architectural project, and their first in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
